At Willow Primary Academy we strive to make sure that children and families have the support they need when dealing with loss or bereavement. If you would like to be signposted to any advice please ask your child’s teacher for support.

Finance and Debt

Personal debt is a big problem in the UK, with one in every nine households struggling with unmanageable debt.

Christians Against Poverty

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) aims to relieve poverty through debt counselling, advice and practical help. If your financial troubles are big enough to be a concern to you, CAP would like to help. NHS Top Tips for Bed Time Routines.
  • Avoid screens in bedrooms

  • A warm (not hot) bath will help your child relax and get ready for sleep.

  • Keeping lights dim encourages your child’s body to produce the sleep hormone, melatonin.

  • Once they’re in bed, encourage your child to read quietly or listen to some relaxing music, or read a story together.
